Clinical Presentation:
Localized bone pain.

Etiology/Pathophysiology:
Can be caused by local, lymphatic or hematogenous spread.

Pathology:
Not applicable

Imaging Findings:
Lytic lesion is classically seen. Early the lesion appears moth-eaten and then it becomes more extensive with ill defined borders. Periosteal reaction is common.

DDX:
DDX of Skeletal Metastases

Neuroblastoma
Leukemia if lesions are multiple
Wilms tumor
Rhabdomyosarcoma
Retinoblastoma
Cerebellar medulloblastoma
Osteosarcoma
Ewings sarcoma
If there is only one lesion differentiate between Ewings sarcoma and osteomyelitis
