Etiology/Pathophysiology:
Etiology is unknown. Is a tumor like lesion that consists of a fluid
filled intramedullary cavity lined by connective tissue. The proximal
humeral metaphysis is the most common site, with 80% being in the
humerus or proximal femur. Treated via curettage and bone packing
with good results, steroid injections are also used for treatment.

Not applicable
Imaging Findings:
Looks like an expansile cystic lesion surrounded by a thin cortex.
Grows down into the diaphysis as the bone elongates.
